"Who does physical therapy help and what exactly is it?"

Physical therapy isn't just for someone that recently had a surgery or major injury! It can often be the answer that can help you safely get back to doing what you love without pain medications, injections, or going under the knife.

(We much prefer to help people be proactive and avoid surgery rather than see them after a surgery!)

We can often begin to relieve pain within just a few sessions and often have it completely eliminated with just a few more.

Do any of these scenarios sound like you?

  • If you’ve had a recent strain, sprain, or felt a concerning pop
  • If you’ve had pain or injury for a long while and are sick of "temporary" relief
  • If you’ve been told it’s "all in your head"
  • If you’ve gotten an MRI and were told there was nothing there (but you know there is)
  • If you’re sick of taking pain medications or getting injections
  • If you want to avoid going under the knife for surgery
  • If you want to determine the root cause of your issue and work towards a long term solution
  • If you want someone to partner with to actually address your real concerns

If so, know that we can help you get eliminate the pain, get your mobility back, and restore the quality of life you deserve to have with our expert hands-on sessions. And quite often, we can do it faster than you may even think.

Dr. Burke is the owner of Elevated Physical Therapy and after having worked in many different venues, practices, and settings ranging from hospitals, to nursing facilities, to outpatient clinics, to private practices, she learned the frustrations and lack of results (or lack thereof) that "cookie cutter" treatment provides. She founded Elevated with the mission of helping health-conscious, active people in their 40s, 50s, and 60s naturally eliminate the pains, aches, and stiffness that is holding them back from living life the way they want to – all without invasive surgeries, risky procedures, annoying MRIs, or addictive painkillers.
