About Us at Elevated Physical Therapy

We love to help active, on-the-go people who are tired of pain, pills, injections, and uncertainty get back to living life in motion and being healthy again!

Here at Elevated, we're passionate about helping active people get back to doing the things they love like running, biking, climbing, or even just playing with the kids or sleeping normally – all without risky surgeries, annoying MRIs, potentially addictive prescriptions, or painful injections! (even if they've already tried everything without much success!)

When you're suffering with pain in places like your back, your knee, or your foot, we know it's often so confusing to know what the best path forward is to begin curing it... and often the easiest and most tempting solution is to just "deal with it," maybe take a few pills, and hope it "goes away" on its own. Maybe by giving it some rest and "staying off of it," it will get better with time and you won't have to do anything about it. Unfortunately, this plan hardly results in relief... even more rarely do they deliver lasting results. Usually it only gets worse over time.

We understand the confusion, too, that comes from seeking out help from other professionals or even being skeptical that we might not be able to do anything for you because you've seen a physical therapist before and were left disappointed.

Can you relate to any of this?

If this sounds like you, know that this is something we hear often in our clinic every single day from our clients. They’ve read some advice online, visited their physician, and they were told to “stay off of it” and to “rest,” perhaps told to take some aspirin or given a prescription for some stronger pain meds, and to come back in 4-6 weeks to “see how it’s doing.” Maybe they've also tried some ice packs, heat packs, stretches, YouTube videos. Sadly, these approaches may help to relieve the pain in the short term, but all they do is mask the pain – they don't actually relieve the underlying cause of the pain!

Who do we help?

Here at Elevated, we love to help people:

Know that if any of these situations sound like you, there is hope! We'd love to invite you to visit us at our office in Pasadena to learn a bit more about how we might be able to help you get back to living life again right away BEFORE things get worse!

The "traditional healthcare" model is flawed

All of us are sadly too familiar with the "traditional healthcare" experience these days – you call to get an appointment, you're told the soonest is 3 weeks. 3 weeks goes by where you're still in pain and you finally arrive for your appointment, only to be greeted by having a clipboard shoved in your face from someone behind a window and then you're left to sit in a boring waiting room for 45 minutes past your scheduled time. Once you eventually get called back, you're seen by an assistant and maybe only see the doctor for 5 minutes before being sent on your way.

We knew there had to be a better way.

Here at Elevated, we don't believe in the "cookie cutter" approach to your care and we don't believe that the best way for you to get better is to spend an 2-3 times per week with 10 other people in the room doing some generic exercises, hoping and expecting that it will get better.

We believe that the best way – and only way – to fully restore your health, mobility, and confidence is to do that through one-on-one sessions where we tailor your treatment to YOU and your exact goals and aspirations (and not what insurance dictates!)

From your arrival to your departure, we've designed an experience you'll love and know you'll feel right at home with us on your very first visit.

Our Guarantee to You

We’re so confident that if after our evaluation we determine that we can help you eliminate your pain and get back to living life again, you decide you’re not 100% satisfied with the level of service that you’re being provided that day, all you have to do is just let us know during your session, and your session is on us – no hard feelings or questions asked. We only deserve to be compensated for our time if we’re providing the service that we promise. Does that sound fair to you?
