What’s the worst thing about your first arrival somewhere new? Forgetting all of your impeccably completed forms at home!
Not to worry, all of that annoying paperwork will be taken care of prior to your arrival, saving you time and frustration. Our concierge will make sure that everything is ready to go so you’re not wasting your time when you get here.
A a private space is also available for you to change, so you can come right from your other responsibilities without having to stop at home or at the office to change and get ready.
The Lounge
While we aim to save you time upon arrival so you can get right into it and not waste any time, we absolutely welcome early arrivals.
We know that while it's so important to live an active, on the go lifestyle, sometimes you just need a few minutes of "me" time to unwind.
Before starting your session with us, we invite you to kick back, relax, and decompress with a cup of coffee, tea, or a sparkling water and a snack on us with your favorite TV program or magazine.
Your Personal Evaluation
All of your visits are 100% about you. You will have your doctor’s undivided attention for a full hour, and you’ll never have to share your time with another client. You’ll be with the same person for the entirety of your visit, and they will be all ears!
You and your doctor will review your medical history, discuss your hobbies, fitness, or health goals, and then get into the nitty gritty of your strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance with measurements and testing.
We'll pick a few quick tests to check each visit to keep track of your progress.
Your Action Plan
During your evaluation, you and your doctor will discuss a personalized time frame and plan of action to safely get you back to doing what you love.
After a thorough evaluation, we will be able to determine the root cause of your pain and develop a plan to attack it and get back to your goals.
While it is a fluid process, we’re pretty good at determining how long it will take you to get back into tip top shape. We don’t want you wasting any time.
